I believe ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/mail-archives is exactly what
you're looking for?

(There's just one courtesy I'd like to ask: if you provide access to
these archives in some way, please rewrite mail addresses as we do for
our mailing list archives on the web.)

Well, that sounds like a great idea, though I don't know how hard that
will be to implement?  Please keep us informed!
