Has someone removed non-stale CVS locks?

Hi,

was someone a little bit too eager to delete CVS locks?  I just got (after
I believe a successfull checkin on a branch):

cvs server: failed to remove lock dir /cvs/gcc/gcc/gcc/doc/#cvs.lock: No such file or directory
cvs server: failed to remove lock dir /cvs/gcc/gcc/gcc/f/#cvs.lock: No such file or directory

at the very end of the cvs run.  I hope it doesn't matter for the
repository and for me ;)
