Dwarf2 really working in gcc 3.1?

Hi there,

Does anyone actually have Dwarf2 output working from gcc 3.1 on a windows
platform, I don't mean whether the code can run or not, I mean is it
debuggable in gdb or any other debugger?

Asides from that, does anyone have gcc 3.1 + gdb working with dwarf2 on any
platform?  The gdb mailing list says dwarf2 is supported but I can't debug
even the simplest Hello World program generated by a vanillia compile of gcc
3.1 for cygwin.
