Convert 3.2 sources to ISO C90

   Certainly.  If it wasn't for fixincludes it'd be a hell of a lot easier to
   take a compiler built on version of the OS and use it on another.

It sounds like a useful improvement would be to allow
running fixincludes during installation.  People who care
about this (those concerned about HPUX for example) can implement it.
