gnu/types.h

[Rehab El Kharboutly]

Dear Sir,
I am trying to install a package on Red Hat 7.1 and i get the following 
error
/usr/rapide/lib/gcc-lb/i586-unknown-linux/i2.6.3/include/fcntl.h:28: 
gnu/types.h: No such file or directory

I read somewhere on a news group that it has to do with obtaining source of 
gcc.
I did so but unfortunatly, the problem still exists and i cannot find find 
/usr/include/gnu/types.h on my system.

Any idea what I can do ?
I urgently need to install since i use it in my masters studies.
