Successfull build of gcc 3.1

Compiler used for bootstrap: gnat-3.14p as distributed of NYU site.

I did not run the gcc tests but run with success internal tests of two Ada
and a C++ projects.

Note: Ada documentation has not been installed by the installation
procedure.  I just made a

cd objdir/gcc/ada
make doc
cp gnat_rm.info* gnat_ug_unx.info* /opt/gcc-3.1/info
