Another bug report regarding ABI problems.

FYI, we received today abug report with the subject
"libstdc++/7442: cxxabi.h does not match the C++ ABI"

Looking at the report, it seems to be that we named some
members/classes differently in cxxabi.h than specified by the C++ ABI.

Can any of the C++ experts look into this and evaluate whether we
should do anything for 3.2 or not?
