3.2/3.3 changes for scripts on gcc.gnu.org

Hi,

since we now have a 3.2 branch, I'd like to ask one of the folks with
shell access to gcc.gnu.org to:
- run also the daily update script to change days version numbers on
  the 3.2 branch
- take the weekly snapshots from the 3.2 branch instead of the 3.1 branch
