Although GCC2C is not an official part of GCC, it's free and can be
distributed under GPL. It may never be included in GCC, but, I believe,
many users will find it very useful counting on performance it delivers.
Don't need to argue that peak Sun Forte performance is way better than GCC
on UltraSPARCs.
