I don't think we need this level of Chinese wall-ness. You can come
up with a test case easily enough that doesn't copy the proprietary
testsuite.
That depends on how critical to the proprietary test case the relevant
part is. If it's sufficiently critical, I don't believe anybody who's
seen the test case could make a non-proprietary one.
If we do what you're suggesting, then we're all going to have to be
writing each other's testcases.
Indeed, this may well be necessary in some cases.
