C++ binary compatibility between GCC 3.1 and GCC 3.2?

	I have raised this concern to the GCC Steering Committee as well.
It is unclear how much flexibility is available this close to the GCC
3.1.1 announced release date.  Also, the U.S. Independence Day holiday
weekend may delay responses from both U.S.-based GCC SC members and
U.S.-based GCC developers.

	Hopefully the feedback and suggestions from this discussion can
help the GCC SC reach a consensus.
