What does "internal error #20000524"?

Hi,

In PR 5449, http://gcc.gnu.org/cgi-bin/gnatsweb.pl?cmd=view&pr=5449&database=gcc ,

the following error message was encountered on Cygwin:

SDL_gui.cc:212: internal error #20000524
SDL_gui.cc:212: Internal compiler error in add_substitution, at cp/mangle.c:364

What is the significance of the error #20000524?

Is there a table of known error numbers that is maintained somewhere?

Or is the idea supposed to be that the person analyzing the
bug report must grep through the gcc source code to figure out
where this error is occurring?
