Amal, I think you just submitted your code to the wrong project.
Each GNU project has different goals.  I suggest you get in contact
with the "GSL -- The GNU Scientific Library" project.  I know 
nothing about the project particulars but it sounds like a
project you would be interested in working with.  The links
