Bugzilla is free software, as defined by the FSF. Why do you think that
RMS will raise an objection? In any case, the SC runs the project; RMS
occasionally makes a technical request of the SC that the SC rejects. RMS
has the power to insist that we do something based on legal issues or
fundamental free software issues (since we agreed to honor FSF principles
in the way we do development), but I don't see how he could make us not
use Bugzilla even if he wanted to.
