x86-64 branch created

I've created a branch for further x86-64 work.  We need a stable GCC
version for development of kernel and glibc - and also the possibility
to add easily patches.  I plan to do frequent updates with the aim to
have a stable version and try to get everyting into 3.1 so that GCC
3.1 will contain all needed fixes.

Jan Hubicka and myself will be "owners" of the branch.

The branch is called x86-64-branch (cvs tag is currently running) and
I've created a branchpoint called x86-64-branchpoint for it,
