True, however our use of qmail causes me numerous headaches when dealing
with RMS.  I'd prefer not to add new ones.

While I think qmail was the correct choice when we built this system it
may not be the correct choice anymore with the maturation of postfix and
mailman.  Unfortunately, the cost to switch this late in the game is pretty
significant.
