build status for cross builds?

I am sorry, netbsd doesn't use newlib, hence you loose.

Once you figure out that you have to have the compiler support netbsd
first, it might not, and you port it to support netbsd, and then after
that you try compiling with --with-headers and --with-libs as
documented in the manual and you'll get closer...
