build status for cross builds?

Report them as TARGET on HOST.

i586-wrs-vxworks on sparc-sun-solaris2.7			 Successful

Would be nice if they sent in a testsuite run...  I don't know that we
need more information than this.  The type of information they might
include, includes things like, did they use newlib, GNU libc...
Did the test the result much, how well did it work...
Did they have to coax it into building...
