3.0.3 or 3.0.4 ?

In the webpage http://gcc.gnu.org/ gcc latest release is "3.0.3", but
in various places I saw the 3.0.4 announcement (and I'm downloading it, 
indeed)

Is an update needed, or 3.0.4 is not still ready to be released ?
