web link broken

On http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gccint/Top-Level.html, the link at the bottom
called "GNU configure and build system" that points to
http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/configure/index.html#Top is broken for me.

Not sure where the right place to go is.
