powerpc-linux-gnu bootstrap fail

Hi,

shouldn't the mainline stabilize? Not only that my 3.1pre testing is 
heavily blocked by serious bugs like PR 5693 and gcc.dg/20020103-1.c, now 
it doesn't even bootstrap anymore :-(.
