[Web] Invalid HTML

Hi,

On <http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/index.html>, one has:

<h2>Introduction</h1>

which is obviously incorrect and confuses my web browser. The other pages
under http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/ have the same problem. Could you
fix that please?
