libstdc++ multilib configury broken in CVS head

Thanks, this worked.  (The autoconf 2.13 that shipped
with an earlier RH generated yet another variant :-/)

ChangeLog:

	* configure.in: Define with_target_subdir and with_build_subdir
	variables in config-ml.in AC_OUTPUT call.
	* configure: Regenerate.
