Correction for GCC internals documentation

The option -dj causes a debugging dump of the RTL code after this pass
is run for the first time. This dump file's name is made by appending
.jump to the input file name.

This was saved as main.c.00.rtl when tested with gcc version 3.2
(Mandrake Linux 9.0 3.2-1mdk). Could someone check if this needed
correcting please? I do not know who maintains this document.

The internals doc is very interesting, I found some infomation I did not
know previously, thank you.
