[ADMINISTRIVIA] YA loop back to the list?

Has anyone noticed another occurrence of duplicate messages on the list?
I just noticed YA person doing this and I wondered if I caught it in time.
I wouldn't notice because my procmail filter handles this case and it is
not trivially easy to tell from the archives.

It seems like it would have been happening today so I was wondering if
anyone was affected.
