gcc and 64-bit HP-UX kernel code

Hello GCC,

I have successfully patched gcc to generate
64-bit PARISC HP-UX kernel code, implementing
functionality of `+ES1.Xindirect_calls' flag
for HP compilers (a mandatory flag for kernel
compilations).

The patch is quite compact, implements HPPA
specific -m flag (`-mspecial-indirect-calls')
affects just four files including the manpage
and is currently being tested, running clean so
far (a couple of days of heavy driver development).

It's gcc 3.2.1 hppa64-hp-hpux11.11.

I find it quite useful. If anyone else does (I
imagine they would) what should I do and who
should I talk to?
