No, there is not an option to disable building of libgcc.a. But your
compiler is already complete at this stage, so you can just easily
install this compiler manually. If you didn't like manual
installation, you may also just touch the library files you don't need
and restart make.
But remember: You _still_ need your target's include files for
compiling with your cross compiler.
