How do we target Athlon MP?

Or ask someone to review:
  http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2002-08/msg00203.html
and use --with-cpu=athlon-mp.

(Actually, you can do it now: athlon_mp-pc-linux-gnu should work.)
