C++ ABI testing issues, gcc-3.3 <-> gcc-3.2 compatibility

It is so 3.3 has a greater than zero probability of being
compatible with 3.2. I reckon the probability is still less than one.
(But you knew that anyway :)

If we didn't do a 3.2, there would be great temptation
for system vendors to produce a 3.1.1 + ABI patches themselves.
