This should be available from any ftp.gnu.org mirror in gnu/gnatsweb/.

(Yngve, I just noticed it is not in
ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/gnats/contrib/ . Should we just remove
the older gnatsweb versions from sources.redhat.com to avoid such
inconsistencies?)
