GCC 3.0.2

GCC 3.0.2 will be released on or about October 15th.

I would like to freeze the tree on or about October 1, so that we
have plenty of time for testing.

If you know of regressions from GCC 3.0 that are present in the
current sources, please let me know ASAP as those should be fixed
before GCC 3.0.2.
