Here on the gcc lists the info is in the header of the mail which most mail
readers hide by default. To unsubscribe, send a mail to

<list_name>-unsubscribe-<user>=<host>@gcc.gnu.org

To subscribe with new name just change the unsubscribe above to susbscribe and
substitute '<user>=<host>' by your new address.
