2.95.4, sparc64 issues ?

It seems that libstdc++ does not compile on every sparc64 machine,
and that the following patch (from current) might be enough to fix it ?

Took this diff from gcc not-really-current-but-almost cvsweb.
Seems to allow libstdc++ to at least compile.
