ARC missing from list of supported CPU types

On the manual page 4.2: Configurations Supported,
http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc-3.0.1/gcc_4.html#SEC57

the ARC processor is not listed among possible CPU or system types. Yet ARC
can be found on 3.17.25 . What gives? The same goes for TI's TMS320
processor. Can GCC compile for ARC or TMS? Or are these platforms as yet
unsupported?

If they are supported, where can I find the proper names when building a
cross compiler? (what to pass --target)?
