2.95.4 release?

Thanks.  Anyone who wants to help with this should build the current
gcc-2_95-branch on a sparc machine and compile their favourite programs
with it, both with "-mcpu=ultrasparc" and without.  I'd like to hear
the results compared to 2.95.3 (especially if something has been broken).
In theory the fixes I installed should help a lot, but I'm not 100% certain
about them.
