Binutils 2.11.0 is now the system as/ld.  It will also be for
4.4-FreeBSD.  I have updated the toolchain on the FreeBSD Alpha 5.0
reference box.  If we find any problems with binutils 2.11[.0], we need
to work to get them fixed for 2.11.1.  The top of the Binutils tree it
too far off for it to be of use as the system tools in BSD.
