gcc/INSTALL?

I'm unable find the INSTALL file in CVS, or a Makefile target to build
it. Am I missing something?

I would suggest to add a reference to the GCC web site in the README.

Also it seems there are 2 more versions of pself (4 and 5) not
mentionned in the README :).
