Actually, so did I.  When I saw the recent binhex spam I realized that
we weren't blocking any types of mail here.

So, I've blocked html mail in these mailing lists:

gcc-announce
gcc-bugs
gcc-help
gcc-maintainers
gcc-patches
gcc

I have also taken the libiberty of blocking RTF and micrsoft doc file
attachments.
