GCC 3.0 Prereleases

I've uploaded a diff from the last snapshot (1.3Mb - large because of all
the generated files) and have tagged the relevant sources as
gcc-3_0_pre_20010525.  I'll adapt the script to support creating diffs and 
tagging sources.
