Carlo this problem is fixed with this:

	    __glibcpp_memchr.
	    (strchr): Same, but to __glibcpp_strchr.
	    (strpbrk): Same.
	    (strrchr): Same.
	    (strstr): Same.  
	    * include/c_std/bits/std_cwchar.h (wcschr): Same.
	    (wcsbrk): Same.
	    (wcsrchr): Same.
	    (wcsstr): Same.
	    (wmemchr): Same.

You might want to make sure that you've got this patch in your
libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog
