We (the GCC group of volunteers for the FSF) don't provide
pre-compiled binaries, only sources.  We do have a web page with links
to sites that do.  You may want to have a look at the `Download' link
off gcc.gnu.org

Bear in mind that GCC 2.95.3, the latest release, doesn't support
these systems.  GCC 3.0 will.
