Branching for GCC 3.0

You mean the ratio of analyzed high priority to closed high priority bugs.

When going through the C++ bugs, I've refrained from prioritizing them
when setting them to analyzed. Though I did mark two as high priority
- not that it's actually sped up me getting to them!
