Can I ask that in general you don't put bootstrap bugs in GNATS? The problem
is that you don't (can't) close them a day or so later when you can bootstrap,
and when someone comes round to looking at the PR a month or two later, it is
hard to recreate your conditions and be sure that they're not special.
I think bootstrap bugs should only go in GNATS if
1) Yours is an architecture not commonly used by the GCC team, or
2) You've not been able to bootstrap for some time, say at least 5 days.
I'm just trying to avoid the current situation where old bootstrap PRs just
tend to accumulate in GNATS.
