Methinks you don't actually understand.  Nothing's broken.
Even when everything is working as designed there are situations
in which you do not want symbol cross-pollination.

It's actually a valid argument whether class C == class C in 
these cases.  But for exception handling there's either working
or not working -- not a lot of wishy-washy ground there.
