With that kind of message title, you won't be getting responses from
anyone using linux or web-based mail readers.  You have a range of
options, such as using the outdated .rpm version furnished with your
distro by Red Hat, or reading the docs on the gcc sites and building one
of the source versions of gcc, g77, and additional compilers of your
choice.  Any of the versions gcc-2.95.2, gcc-2.95.3, or mainline
snapshots will do well.  Questions about pgplot are better researched by
standard web browser methods, as I don't believe that is an FSF package.
