A completely different approach to EH runtime

They _love_ to hear it.  They will charge by the minute to fix it :-).

Of course, Red Hat does support upgrading to a newer GCC package;
for that, the GCC person will of course test that the new package works.
We don't support people installing snapshots, and I doubt VA does either.
