Building g++ 3.0 under AIX

>From previous postings I assume it is possible to build g++ 3.0 branch
under AIX 4.3, I have not been successful.  Could someone who
has gotten this to work post a little how-to?
I want to test CVS Libtool multi-language-branch with it.
