Version numbers

Well, that frontend version number makes sense in some sense (no pun
intended), but I believe the frontend should print it in addition to
the GCC version number, not instead of it.

Are you aware that the "last-change-date" is automatically updated every
night?

How about using the string from gcc/version.c and *adding* the Fortran
specific version information?

or something along these lines?
