Problem compiling apache1.3.12

Hello everybody,

We want to compile Apache 1.3.12 on our server tru64.0G with gcc2.95.2 and
we have some problems.
1er step : Ok
./configure -prefix=/usr/local/apache  
2nd step : Error 
./make
