troubles compiling ncurses5.2

1- Apply http://clisp.cons.org/~haible/gccinclude-glibc-2.2-compat.diff

or

2- Build ncurses with the following options:

--without-cxx           do not adjust ncurses bool to match C++
--without-cxx-binding   do not build C++ binding and demo

Not sure if you need --without-cxx, but I always use both.
